VETERANS BADGE
 
The government has issued a Veterans Badge which recognises all military service. Unlike a commemmorative award such as a medal, the armed Forces Veterans Badge is intended to generate a sense of identity amongst all armed forces veterans living in our communities.
Anyone who has served in the Armed Forces is entitled to have the badge and wear it with pride.
 
If you would like a badge, then call free on 08001692277. You will need to have to hand:
 
Your period of service.
Your service number.
Personal information i,e
Name, Address and Date of Birth
 
The badge will take no more than two weeks to arrive.

FREEDOM OF CANTERBURY
 
The Battalion have been offered  by the City Council , and the Battalion have accepted, The Freedom of the City of Canterbury, and will hope to hold the  Freedom Parade before Christmas.
